The terms that apply when you use this website or engage ANW Tech Services LLC.

1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by ANW Tech Services LLC (“we”, “us”). By using the site you accept them. Individual projects are additionally governed by the written proposal or agreement signed for that project, which takes precedence where the two differ.
2. Quotes and engagement
Quotes are based on the scope described at the time and remain valid for [30] days. Work begins once the quote is accepted in writing and any agreed deposit is received. Changes to scope after that point may affect the price and the timeline, and will be confirmed with you before we proceed.
3. Payment
- Project work is typically invoiced with a deposit up front and the balance on completion, unless the proposal says otherwise.
- Ongoing services such as SEO and advertising management are invoiced monthly in advance.
- Advertising spend paid to Google, Meta or any other platform is separate from our fees and is billed directly to you by that platform.
- Invoices are due within [14] days. We may pause work on overdue accounts.
4. Your responsibilities
You agree to supply content, access and feedback in reasonable time, and to confirm that any material you provide to us is accurate and that you have the right to use it. Delays in providing these will move the delivery timeline accordingly.
5. Revisions and approval
The number of revision rounds included is set out in your proposal. Once you approve a deliverable, further changes may be quoted as additional work.
6. Intellectual property
On full payment, ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for you transfers to you. We retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, frameworks and know-how, and of concepts not selected. Third-party assets such as fonts, plugins and stock imagery remain subject to their own licences.
7. Portfolio use
Unless you ask us in writing not to, we may show completed work in our portfolio and marketing materials.
8. Results and performance
We apply industry best practice, but search rankings and advertising results depend on factors outside our control — including platform algorithm changes, competitor activity and market conditions. We do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic volumes or revenue.
9. Third-party platforms
Some services depend on platforms operated by others, such as Google, Meta and your hosting provider. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, account suspensions or price changes made by those platforms.
10. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep the other's non-public business information confidential and to use it only for the purpose of delivering the services.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of any engagement is limited to the fees you paid us for that engagement, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including lost profits or data.
12. Cancellation
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with [30] days' written notice. Work completed up to the end of the notice period remains payable, and deposits covering work already carried out are non-refundable.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of [state / country], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
